Добрый день и добро пожаловать в предпоследний дневник разработчиков Дхармы. Сегодня мы рассмотрим основные изменения в механике от Дхармы, своеобразные заметки о больших дополнениях и изменениях в игре. Если вы следили ястребиным взором за дневниками разработчиков всей Дхармы, я подозреваю, что сегодня у нас будет мало информации для вас.
Правительства:
Без расширения Дхармы правительства будут в основном работать так же, как в обновлении 1.25 «Англия».
Для владельцев Дхармы всё меняется: когда вы начнёте игру, вы будете иметь 1 базовую реформу, которая отображает основную структуру власти вашей нации и обычно открывает основную правительственную механику, которую вы ожидаете: например, английская монархия для Англии, дающая им парламент или папская область, имеющая папство.
По мере продолжения игры у вас будет расти прогресс реформ, до 10 в год, в зависимости от того, насколько низка автономия ваших земель, и он будет использоваться для проведения дополнительных реформ, предоставляющих бонусы, влияние на сословия и разблокирующих механики. Стоимость каждой реформы увеличивается по мере их принятия. Переключение одной реформы, которую вы уже имеете в одном и том же уровне, повышает коррупцию на 10.

Сословия:
Как мы уже упоминали, Сословия стали бесплатной базовой функцией в EU4 для всех игроков, независимо от владения DLC. Кроме того, они больше не требуют определенного количества земли и приводят вашу страну к бедствию лишь со 100%-ным влиянием, а не 80%. Я затронул эти изменения в предыдущем дневнике разработчиков, но, по-видимому, разумно повторить их здесь:
- Конфискация земли у сословия теперь даёт модификатор на +5 беспорядков в провинции в течение 15 лет. Этот модификатор исчезает, если вы отдаете землю другому сословию.
- Конфискация земли у сословия добавляет 25 местной автономий в провинцию.
- Советники, полученные в результате взаимодействия с сословием, теперь масштабируют свою стоимость в зависимости от влияния сословия.
- События приводят, как правило, к большему усилению влияния сословий.
- Казаки теперь получают в два раза больше влияния за единицу развития в предоставленных провинциях.
